PICK ONE: Azelia Dolcetto D Alba Bricco Dell’ Oriolo 2019
The Azelia winery which is the Scavino family, consists of Luigi and his son Lorenzo, representing the fifth generation, has been producing wine in the Langhe for over 100 years. The vineyards for this Dolcetto are in Montelupo Albese in the Alta Langa and are the oldest of all their vineyards. This dolcetto is a red wine bursting with soft velvety tannins and complex notes. On the palate it is rich and ripe with notes of plum, blackberry and lush dark cherry. You will also find cloves in the wine; the wonderful structure will create a perfect marriage between the fat from your turkey and potatoes.

PICK TWO: Deltetto Alta Langa Brut 2017
This Alta Langa makes a perfect pairing partner for every single dish you will find on your Thanksgiving plate. Since 1953, the Deltetto family in Canale have been stalwarts of the Roero and Alta Langa wine scene. They were originally one of the first champions of Arneis, a local white indigenous variety to Roero which was nearly extinct until Luca Corrado of Vietti spearheaded its revival along with a few other famous families. Today, the Deltetto family (which consists of Tony and Graziela and their children Carlo, Cristina and Claudia) have grown their annual production to be a formidable sized winery in the Roero region.
