IN HIS WORDS: Executive Chef Andrea Marchesin orchestrates Toscana Divino’s open Italian kitchen the way a conductor leads a symphony, blending a variety of flavorful ingredients and innovative techniques with traditional Italian dishes.

His distinct culinary approach comes from a global experience that includes serving as private chef in the most prestigious capitals, training in his native Italy where he worked in renowned restaurants and spending a year in Melbourne Australia. Then he moved to Haute-Savoie region of France where he worked with Maitre Cuisinier de France and local farmers, an experience that heightened his already established commitment to local, sustainable ingredients.
Marchesin found his home in Miami, Florida to take on the role of Executive Chef at Toscana Divino, where he brings a new degree of sustainability to the kitchen, by infusing local and seasonal ingredients into the restaurant’s cuisine and combining them with state-of-the-art techniques.
He insists, “Even the simplest vegetable can be extraordinary.” Chef Andrea takes pride in his team’s impeccable attention to detail in the flavor and presentation of every dish.
